This medicine has been made by a scientist namely Dr. Kaushal Kumar of Birsa Agricultural University (BAU), Ranchi. Dr. Kumar said that the medicine has been prepared with the leaves and bark of a tree named ‘Vitex peduncularis’ also known as ‘Charigorwa’, found in the hilly regions of Jharkhand. He further stated that if the demand for the medicine increases, farmers can grow the plant as a commercial crop.
