Registration of the last date of Patent Agent Examination Extended
With the Public Notice by GOVERNMENT OF INDIA, signed by Dr Dinesh P Patil (Dy, Controller of Patents and Design) in the Office of Controller General Patents, Designs & Trademarks with regards to Patent Agent Examination – 2020. The notification declared the Extension of the last date to Register for Patent Agent Examination 2020 to 04.05.2020.
The notice read as :
In the wake of Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and nation-wide lockdown situation, the last date of Registration for Patent Agent Exam- 2020 is hereby extended till 04.05.2020 (05:30 PM)
The notice was a result of COVID-19 outbreak which led to the lockdown and people being unable to register for the Patent Agent Examination within the given time period.
