The court found that JBMR Enterprises, controlled by Umesh Pal, engaged in counterfeiting by utilizing the ‘Khadi’ brand name unlawfully and replicating the name and packaging of ‘Khadi Prakritik Paints’ to deceive customers and harm Khadi's goodwill and reputation in the market.
