These mushrooms are cultivated in Jammu and Kashmir's Doda District. Rajma beans, Gucchi mushrooms, and lavender plants are all grown in abundance in the Doda Valley. The climate in the valley is ideal for the cultivation of these crops. Every year in March, once the snow melts, the mushrooms are harvested. This mushroom costs more than Rs. 20,000 per kilogram.
