Yujiro Kushida, a Japanese professional wrestler and mixed martial artist who is part of NXT is currently using “Kushida” for “ entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibitions and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer ”. This is usually the usage description used when the WWE or any other wrestling promotion is attempting to trademark a ring name or performer nickname.
