However, the Applicant is not claiming color as a feature of the mark. The mark consists of the word ‘TESLA’ in stylized letters and also features Tesla’s iconic ‘T’ logo which would be trademarked for use in restaurants.

Hoping to have 50’s diner & 100 best movie clips playing too. Thanks Santa Monica City!”. This gave a sketchy picture to people that Musk is planning something big yet again. However, there has been no official statement from Tesla.
