Mahindra files trademark application for four new car titles

Indian Automaker Mahindra and Mahindra Limited, has filed trademark application for four new titles namely XUV100, XUV400, XUV700 and XUV900 under Class 12 in Trademark Registry Office, Mumbai. These applications have been probably filed to include all the future products that the company has planned to cover in near future. The XUV name is likely to be the main stay for Mahindra’s SUV’s from now on as Mahindra has previously trademarked ‘X’ logo for its XUV range of SUVs dated 25/02/2021. Mahindra had recently announced that the XUV700 for which the trademark application has been filed will be positioned above the already existing XUV500.
